- Strong background in college-level mathematics, particularly knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
Satisfaction of the English Proficiency requirement

Essay Question - Applicants must complete an essay on the following topic: Describe your academic interests, research interests and projects, and career objectives. Also, please discuss any unique aspects of your candidacy and provide the Ph.D. Admission Committee with any information pertinent to your application that you did not cover in the rest of the application.
Letters of Recommendation - Three required. Recommenders should be capable of commenting on your academic and research abilities and potential.
Resume - Please include a copy of your most recent resume with your application package.
